Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the procurement-operations team, owning purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory management, and waste reduction.
  • •Run the full procurement-operations process to ensure reliable supply of ingredients and packaging materials (OTIFQ) for production.
  • •Manage inventory planning to optimize product availability while minimizing waste and inventory risks.
  • •Drive the Zero-Waste strategy and continuous improvement of procurement, inventory, and forecasting processes.
  • •Analyze procurement KPIs and purchasing data to create reports/dashboards and recommend improvements, including opportunities for automation and standardization.
