Key Responsibilities

  • •Orient and instruct new drivers and assist the supervisor in assigning and directing employee work.
  • •Coordinate with supervisors/managers to ensure proper vehicle flow and maintain logs of stock numbers and lot locations.
  • •Communicate schedules and assignments to crew members.
  • •Manage vans and transport drivers, employees, and vehicles according to schedule, including shuttling to auxiliary parking lots and remote sites.
  • •Lead at the location by modeling safety and Cox/Manheim values, monitoring staffing/work volumes vs. KPIs, and enforcing company policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Assist with orienting and instructing new drivers regarding job duties and directing employees’ work.
  • •Communicate with supervisor/manager to ensure proper flow of vehicles and maintain vehicle stock numbers and lot locations.
  • •Demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures.
