Key Responsibilities

  • •Sign off the financials of the commercial organization (ORU) and own the strategic and operational planning process, partnering with senior leadership to influence and shape business strategy with financial insights
  • •Drive decisions on sales channels, ROI, investments in Market Share, and financing solutions in collaboration with Philips Capital, banks, customers and channel partners
  • •Own the performance cockpit and drive delivery of the business and financial plans across the district
  • •Ensure business integrity through adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements and governance policies in cooperation with Legal & HR
  • •Lead continuous improvement of financial processes, tools, and systems by identifying gaps and leading cross-functional initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent
  • •10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare with strong commercial/financial acumen
  • •Solid basis in Accounting & Internal Control and familiarity with FCPA and GBP compliance
  • •IT systems/Apps knowledge (SAP, Excel, EFR, PMA, SOFON, Foresight, and other Philips internal systems) with ability to learn on the job
  • •Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management and people management skills in a large, international, multi-matrix environment
