Job Summary

Lead lifecycle service operations for instrumentation solutions across Poland and the Baltics, with future scope to support Ukraine. Manage and support a distributed team of service engineers to ensure on-time, in-budget, quality delivery and operational excellence. Drive service business performance (profitability, utilization, forecasting, and customer satisfaction) while aligning service strategies with regional and local teams. Ensure safety, compliance, continuous improvement, accurate reporting, and strong customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and support instrumentation service operations to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.
•Drive service business performance, including profitability, utilization, forecasting accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
•Collaborate with regional and local teams to align service strategies and optimize execution and operational efficiency.
•Support lifecycle services strategy development and identify growth opportunities within the installed base.
•Lead, coach, and support service engineers while ensuring safety, compliance, accurate reporting, and timely proposals and service documentation.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in service, engineering, or project environments within instrumentation, automation, or industrial technologies.
•Ability to lead or coordinate teams in a multicultural and geographically distributed environment.
•Strong organizational and problem-solving skills focused on execution and results.
•Fluency in both Polish and English (written and spoken) for collaboration with customers and European teams.
•A degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience, with commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
