Senior Manufacturing Process Development Engineer, Intelligence Systems

Design and optimize manual assembly processes for high-volume, low-mix defense manufacturing, develop detailed work instructions and process docs, and lead dispensing operations. Provide lineside production support, drive root-cause analysis for continuous improvement, collaborate with design, quality, and production, and ensure manufacturability and scalability from prototype to production in a 2nd-shift environment with AS9100 guidance.
