Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full project management lifecycle, from initiating and planning through executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing.
  • •Lead projects requiring functional integration with relevant business partners.
  • •Develop action plans and estimate resource needs (management, labor, materials, and time) to complete project work.
  • •Facilitate discussions and negotiations to reach recommendation consensus within scope.
  • •Create and execute change management strategy and stakeholder communication plans, actively managing resistance to change.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years relevant experience (or a combination of education and experience).
  • •Experience managing moderate-size/complexity projects with limited performance risk, including planning, scheduling, tracking, and budgeting.
  • •Polished written and oral communication skills to address a wide variety of audiences.
  • •Ability to productively engage and influence cross-functional teams.
  • •Demonstrated project management capability across integration, scope/time management, cost, quality, communications, risk, and procurement components.
