Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Work on mechanical design with vendors for ATE hardware and support qualification for NPI and production.
  • •Perform ATE hardware quality control and drive improvements.
  • •Standardize production process flow and data management to build systems that support DFM.
  • •Investigate operational hardware issues and solve problems.
  • •Evaluate new thermal materials and applications to improve thermal performance, and coordinate daily/weekly production schedules with planners and chip subcontractors.

Key Requirements

  • •MS degree in Electrical and Electronic or Mechanical, with at least 3+ years of working experience (helpful).
  • •Good interpersonal communication skills and good English in verbal and written communication.
  • •Experience operating in wafer sort and final test is vital.
  • •Experience with export in change kit and socket design is a plus.
  • •Experience in CP/FT/CPO operation process improvement is good.
