Product Test Hardware Engineer

Help manage and improve the OSAT (outsourced semiconductor assembly and test) test production line to sustain test programs, raise test yield and quality, and support devices spanning GPUs, self-driving platforms, and AI-computing chips. Work with vendors on ATE hardware, perform ATE quality control and improvement, standardize production process flow and data management for DFM, troubleshoot operational hardware issues, and coordinate schedules with planners and key chip subcontractors.
