Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide operational equipment support for ASML semiconductor systems at customer locations.
  • •Perform performance monitoring and mechanical, pneumatics, electrical, and optical repairs/servicing and maintenance.
  • •Escalate difficult issues to upper-line support to secure committed customer performance in proper timing.
  • •Provide onsite support with 24x7 coverage.
  • •Work flexibly with shift responsibilities, including time inside the clean room supporting mechanical and electrical equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to work in a cleanroom environment for extended periods.
  • •Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • •Flexibility to work shifts and respond to on-call duties.
  • •Japanese skill requirements: JLPT N1 or higher and daily conversation level.
