Key Responsibilities

  • •Exemplify Amcor behaviors and lead by example while representing the company inside and outside the plant.
  • •Maintain warehouse organization by cleaning/removing damaged or disorderly product and verifying inventory/locating lost parts for shipments.
  • •Load/unload shipments, deliveries, and trailers; monitor dunnage levels and coordinate calls between departments to facilitate conveyance of materials.
  • •Coach and redirect team members to ensure tasks are completed and support training for new hires during their first 60 days.
  • •Maintain and enforce safety, environmental, and department requirements; review and inspect trailers to make final safety/ISO-SQF decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • •Proven ability to understand and use DCLink, JDE, Excel, and other in-house software programs.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong PC/analytical skills.
  • •Strong organizational skills with ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • •PIT Certification required; must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
