Key Responsibilities

•Deliver CPU core macro layouts to meet frequency, power, and design requirements for next-generation processors.
•Perform physical verification using DRC, LVS, and related checks.
•Create and implement layout floorplans and routing for SRAM/ROM macros.
•Apply fixes for crosstalk, electro-migration, and IR issues to improve layout performance.
•Use layout tools (Calibre, Virtuoso) and scripting to automate parts of the layout flow.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 2,186,520 - 3,123,600 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience in SRAM/ROM layout design, preferably for high-performance memory circuit designs.
•Experience with physical verification checks including DRC and LVS.
•Strong skills in layout floorplanning and routing.
•Ability to debug and fix issues such as crosstalk, electro-migration, and IR.
•Bachelors in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
