Director, Product Management – AML & Sanctions Screening

Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Visa’s enterprise AML and sanctions screening capabilities across customer, counterparty, and transaction flows. Lead the development and optimization of screening logic (e.g., fuzzy matching, rules, thresholds, suppression/alerting), list management, validation/UAT, and operational monitoring. Partner across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Engineering, Data, and Operations while modernizing controls and driving AI-enabled improvements to screening effectiveness and analyst productivity.
