Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and 10–15% annual expansion, including renewals and partner product selling.
  • •Own renewal strategies to uplift PFL, drive revenue, and increase Blend usage.
  • •Build and maintain C-level relationships, aligning on business objectives and serving as escalation point for strategic issues.
  • •Partner with Professional Services and Training/Enablement to align on customization, adoption metrics, and training outcomes.
  • •Maintain CRM updates and track expansion and retention metrics for leadership reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10 years in account management or sales in SaaS/fintech, managing enterprise-level accounts.
  • •Experience driving expansion for financial institutions, ideally with SaaS or low-code platforms.
  • •Experience selling loan origination software, digital account opening, digital lending, and mortgage-focused solutions.
  • •Experience with Top 50 banks and/or credit unions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
