Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary point of contact for technical documentation planning and workload coordination across PSD, URE, SRD, and other stakeholders.
  • •Register and plan new projects and orders in JIRA, establish delivery schedules aligned to milestones and manufacturing orders, and maintain project plans, timelines, and forecasts.
  • •Develop and maintain technical documentation including Spare Parts Catalogues, Instruction Books, Operation & Maintenance Manuals, SOPs, CRIs, and other technical publications.
  • •Coordinate complex documentation updates from product modifications, change/remove instructions, continuous product improvements, and ACIGN-related cases while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • •Support customer center technical documentation requests and field problem investigations through ACIGN, and collaborate globally to improve response efficiency and delivery performance.

Key Requirements

  • •4–7 years of experience in engineering and technical documentation project & order coordination.
  • •Strong understanding of technical documentation development and maintenance processes in TIS-related systems and digital tools.
  • •Experience in the mining, construction, heavy equipment, or industrial machinery industry is preferred.
  • •Good knowledge of service operations and spare parts information management, including engineering change management.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (with relevant experience).
