Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze, create and/or edit information of the items that arrive production according to guidelines.
  • •Identify identical items across multiple sources and maintain/ add accurate product information in systems.
  • •Verify and validate product information to ensure accuracy and completeness by cross-referencing sources.
  • •Compare product information to determine if items are the same or different, identifying variations in attributes.
  • •Investigate and resolve discrepancies found during the validation process, documenting issues and communicating findings.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in e-commerce, sales or related field a plus.
  • •Intermediate Excel skills.
  • •Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot patterns, anomalies, and inconsistencies.
  • •Ability to prioritise and multi-task without compromising on quality standards.
  • •Abstraction, ability to learn new things and work with new tools.
