Key Responsibilities

  • •Own service delivery across a designated area as the key point of contact between VIVO, DIO, Heads of Establishment, and stakeholders.
  • •Oversee reactive repairs, planned maintenance, statutory compliance activities, and billable works to agreed performance standards, budgets, and customer expectations.
  • •Manage service performance by monitoring KPIs, reviewing service reports, tracking progress against targets, and proactively addressing risks, issues, and opportunities.
  • •Oversee supply chain partners and contractors to ensure safe, efficient delivery and that documentation, permits, RAMS, and compliance processes are in place before work begins.
  • •Maintain accurate records through CAFM systems (including asset and maintenance information) and provide technical guidance to improve customer experience and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience managing facilities management, maintenance, or operational service delivery in a complex environment, including compliance, customer service, and contractor management.
  • •Ability to lead teams, coordinate multiple workstreams, and manage supply chain performance to achieve targets.
  • •Experience with reactive maintenance, planned maintenance, project delivery, statutory compliance, and billable works.
  • •Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements, Safe Systems of Work, RAMS, permits, and relevant legislation (including asbestos, legionella, and fire safety).
  • •Technical qualification in Building Services, Engineering, Facilities Management (or related) or equivalent experience; additional qualifications like IOSH, SMSTS, Temporary Works Coordinator, or CDM training are advantageous.
