Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive sustainable, reproducible account growth for the DOD Army team through strategic direction, intelligence/positioning, and account plan development.
  • •Develop and manage the opportunity pipeline and capture plans, including setting targets, negotiating goals, and keeping leadership informed.
  • •Provide pursuit support by reviewing and updating the Salesforce pipeline weekly, coordinating teaming/negotiations, and owning major proposals.
  • •Maintain account performance visibility by monitoring bookings and pipeline alignment to monthly projections and producing situational reports when needed.
  • •Lead executive client relationships, oversee cross-business engagement plans, and ensure compliance (including FAR) and OCI resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or other related disciplines aligned with AECOM’s Business Lines.
  • •15+ years working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs, including 6+ years in a leadership role.
  • •US citizenship is required.
  • •In-depth knowledge of consultative selling approaches, with outstanding communication and expert negotiation skills.
  • •CRM (Salesforce) experience is a plus, along with expertise in project management for complex multi-party deals.
