Order Processing (OP) Technical Support

Design and improve automation programs that enhance daily order entry efficiency and accuracy. You will build standard templates to consolidate order entry data, automate data input (primarily with Excel Visual Basic), and optimize workflows through testing and ongoing maintenance of existing programs. The role also includes project follow-ups, summarizing process improvements, and delivering relevant training for OM, with a strong focus on quality, communication, and customer orientation.
