Key Responsibilities

  • •Verify and maintain a safe, clean work environment and printing cell.
  • •Ensure maximum printing machine output through MEEF & EFF targets.
  • •Perform setup and changeovers including color changes, plate changes, size changes, and blanket/roller adjustments.
  • •Perform minor maintenance repairs as designated and mix inks if needed.
  • •Follow Q.C. print standards and GMP/HACCP practices; assist PMOTs and operate Printing Machine Operator duties when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years previous Print Machine Technician experience.
  • •Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • •Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively with customers or employees.
  • •Math skills to calculate rates/ratios/percentages and interpret bar graphs.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and manage technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
