Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, diagnose, and resolve process and equipment related problems.
  • •Coordinate and execute process/equipment/material evaluation and implement changes at process steps.
  • •Lead/support new equipment qualification for technology development and production ramp.
  • •Drive continuous yield improvement and cost reduction; validate and roll out new process baselines for new product introductions.
  • •Maintain MES-related databases, analyze system data for trends/issues/opportunities, and support SPC/FDC/RMS/APC and audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills with data-driven problem-solving.
  • •Effective communicator who can collaborate across engineering, operations, and quality teams.
  • •Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), design of experiments (DOE), and root cause analysis (RCA); semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
