Key Responsibilities

•Act as design team’s representative and single point of contact to the client; plan, host, and document client and internal design meetings.
•Own the Design Management Plan (scope, deliverables, milestones) and integrate design progress with planning, risk, and cost reporting.
•Lead design reviews, technical workshops, and interface coordination to align disciplines and resolve issues early.
•Translate client requirements into clear actions; monitor implementation and compliance across the design.
•Safeguard quality: coordinate cross-discipline deliverables and perform QA prior to submission.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•University degree in Engineering.
•8+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure design.
•3+ years as Design Manager/Design Coordinator or Technical Lead delivering multidisciplinary projects with a tunnel focus (tender design accepted).
•Excellent English (working language).
•Willingness to travel to Swedish project locations and occasional trips to design offices abroad.
