Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients to uncover financial wellness needs during in-person and phone conversations and deliver customized recommendations.
  • •Open consumer and business accounts and related products including deposits, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Achieve individual activity and outcome goals through proactive prospecting, outside calling, and leveraging lead lists and walk-ins.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to acquire clients and deepen relationships with existing clients.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and support branch operations, including teller line assistance as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year experience building new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and generating referrals (sales experience more important than financial services).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Comfort interacting with small business clients, overcoming objections, and asking fact-finding questions.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) to educate clients.
