Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, manage, and grow multiple teams of product-focused software engineers.
  • •Mentor and guide engineers’ professional and technical development; drive workforce and talent strategy.
  • •Partner with product managers and design/architecture stakeholders to define application capabilities and testing scenarios.
  • •Lead full-stack development across Agile teams, improving engineering practices, delivery velocity, and system resilience and scalability.
  • •Oversee enterprise technical implementation, including microservices architecture, AWS deployments, and enterprise architecture standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 269,100 - 307,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
  • •At least 5 years of people management experience.
  • •At least 7 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture, including enterprise architecture and design patterns.
  • •At least 7 years of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud) and data architecture.
  • •Experience translating business goals into full lifecycle software development and deployment, including architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
