Key Responsibilities

  • •Make professional contact with country elevators and farmer producers and serve as the face of CHS, sharing market trends and current quotes.
  • •Grow CHS business with new customers and in new regions, and build long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • •Procure CHS products from producers and elevators, make timing/quantity buying decisions, and report hedges and contract activity accurately.
  • •Communicate bid changes and closing bids, respond to customer complaints and questions in a timely manner, and interpret industry reports to identify trends.
  • •Execute logistics strategy for physical movement of goods, including managing shipments and booking truck rates on FOB purchases.
