Key Responsibilities

•Oversee kitchen operations and equipment management to ensure an audit-ready test kitchen and workflow for evaluations and demonstrations.
•Maintain sanitation standards, arrange appliance readiness, and escalate repairs with clear issue descriptions.
•Manage inventory, par levels, and FIFO rotation for ingredients, packaging, and cleaning supplies.
•Coordinate equipment scheduling, staging, and readiness inspections to meet evaluation timelines and operating hours.
•Support product evaluations and development by setting up evaluation spaces, prep areas, and teardown as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 47,000 - 55,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of experience in a restaurant, catering or food preparation environment;
•Experience with commercial kitchen equipment and sanitation practices;
•Strong understanding of food safety and cleanliness standards (ServSafe certification preferred);
•Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
