Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and report to the assigned Project Manager(s) or Project Director, with frequent interaction with the Owner/Client, consultants, design professionals, and contractors.
  • •Assist Project Manager(s) in managing, coordinating, and administering the project through all phases of design and construction, emphasizing electrical and mechanical system design leadership.
  • •Prepare and support project documentation and deliverables (reports, schedules, invoices, RFI’s, submittals, meeting notes, daily reports, change orders, inspections, closeout, and client presentations), and maintain information in project management software.
  • •Coordinate and communicate MEP design standards and basis of design updates, including maintaining prototype design and template specifications for electrical and mechanical systems.
  • •Review design RFPs and manage external design consultants to ensure MEP contract documents are completed on schedule and within budget; support procurement via vendor submittal reviews and factory witness testing.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical), Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •Experience working in Project Management on large-scale construction programs, including data center or mission-critical facilities.
  • •Experience in MEP design with engineering leadership across electrical and mechanical systems.
  • •Strong working proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and the MS Office Suite.
  • •Experience overseeing the preparation and approval of MEP contract documents produced by third-party design consultants.
