Key Responsibilities

•Identify emerging market trends, client opportunities, and strategic growth avenues across onshore/offshore oil & gas, energy transition, and related technologies
•Develop and execute win strategies with the VP Growth & Development to forecast and manage prospect portfolios
•Manage 3-5 key client accounts with proactive relationship management, including CRM governance and periodic client visits
•Coordinate cross-functional input and oversight for proposals, ensuring alignment with Wood’s global solutions
•Collaborate with regional and global Wood entities to drive a unified, strategic approach to business growth and market expansion

Key Requirements

•Bachelor level degree in a technical or related field
•12-15+ years experience in the Business Development and Project Execution Field
•Experience in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction industry
•Experience and hold key Client relationships within major Clients organizations in the Canadian Energy industry
•Proficient in use of Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools and systems
