Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and ship official skills spanning CMC’s 14-domain taxonomy across market analysis, on-chain liquidity, identity resolution, derivatives, and DeFi primitives.
  • •Define publishing standards, SDK ergonomics, and the skill-signing/revenue-share contract third-party developers build against.
  • •Own the MCP server and CLI to make skill authoring feel as easy as writing a Vercel function.
  • •Partner with teams to integrate CMC for agent skills inside live agent products, including A2A/cross-agent adapters for discoverability and calling.
  • •Co-design and run agent hackathons and produce technical content (launch posts, recipes, walkthroughs) while improving LLM grounding and building evaluation harnesses for accuracy and economic honesty.

Key Requirements

  • •Crypto-native fluency, including explaining DEX AMMs, perp funding, bridge risk, and on-chain identity; comfortable reading Solidity.
  • •Hands-on experience with AI agent systems such as function calling, tool use, and MCP, including at least one of LangGraph or OpenClaw in production.
  • •Developer-product instincts from building or heavily contributing to an SDK, CLI, or API adopted by outside developers, with strong opinions on developer documentation quality.
