Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights for strategic and operational decision-making.
  • •Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; perform variance analysis and provide performance insight.
  • •Develop dashboards and reporting to improve visibility into business drivers, profitability, and key metrics.
  • •Prepare and deliver timely management reporting; support month-end/quarter-end close and ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • •Support risk, compliance, and governance activities including internal control reviews, audits, and SOX requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • •8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Finance, or Financial Management.
  • •Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities with strong budgeting and management reporting knowledge.
  • •Strong experience partnering with senior business leaders for decision support.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial/ERP systems; Power BI or Tableau preferred.
