Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in installation and qualification of manufacturing equipment and perform on-site service and repairs.
  • •Troubleshoot day-to-day production, equipment, and process problems under supervision of experienced technicians, supervisors, and engineers.
  • •Identify and implement yield and product performance improvements, including developing methods to assign causes to yield excursions.
  • •Maintain process control by ensuring processes run per the Process Control Plan, responding to SPC process control alarms, and bringing processes back into control.
  • •Execute planned process experiments, collect/analyze data and report results, set up and maintain gauges, and develop/update internal documentation.
Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 17.84 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Meet one of the following: 1+ year experience as an FS manufacturing operator/production associate/operations technician, or 2+ years external experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
  • •Hands-on electrical/mechanical troubleshooting experience (preferred).
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and solve equipment and process issues through structured training.
  • •Working knowledge of Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and good written and oral communication skills.
