•Drive development of strategic recommendations and business cases to support planning discussions and senior leadership decision-making.
•Own the preparation, analysis, and storytelling behind monthly business results, translating performance data into actionable insights, risks, and opportunities.
•Lead governance and coordination of key business routines, including Monthly PMOs, key leadership meetings, and other planning and performance forums.
•Manage team budget planning, forecasting, and control, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial discipline across the function.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in Commercial functions (e.g., Revenue Management, Trade Marketing, Portfolio/Pricing Management)
•Strong business acumen with ability to translate data and insights into strategic recommendations

•Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for senior stakeholders
•Strong stakeholder management and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
