Job Summary

Lead hydraulic and hydrological drainage design for highways, tracks, sites and urban areas with exposure to UK/USA/Canada/MER & ANZ projects. Manage project delivery, mentor junior engineers, ensure quality checks, and coordinate with Lead Office in a hybrid Bengaluru setting using industry-standard software and CGE platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the drainage design for project components including storm water systems for highways, tracks, sites, substations and urban drainage.
•Provide technical support to designers, relocate assets, and produce connection and standard drawings.
•Coordinate with Lead Office and mentor junior engineers to ensure quality checks and timely delivery.
•Utilize hydraulic/hydrological modeling tools (InfoDrainage, MicroDrainage, PCSWMM, HEC-RAS, etc.) and CAD/BIM environments (Navisworks, ProjectWise, BIM 360) to deliver designs.
•Represent the project in cross-functional teams and ensure adherence to DMRB, CIRIA SuDS, and related standards.
