People Relations Specialist

Partner with Employment Counsel, People Partners, and the business to address and manage people issues around conduct, performance, and culture. Run end-to-end workplace investigations, advise on disciplinary actions, and collaborate on data-driven employee relations solutions, training programs, and cross-functional HR initiatives to support Palantir’s workforce.
