Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health or related field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Sciences, Public Health, Sociology, Human Services).
  • •4+ years of behavioral health experience, or equivalent experience consistent with California’s MHRS qualification pathways under Title 9.
  • •Experience facilitating groups.
  • •Experience working with adults with serious mental illness (e.g., schizophrenia/schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, severe depression, or co-occurring substance use disorders).
  • •Ability to document rehabilitation services accurately and in compliance with Medi-Cal requirements.
