Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of backend software features across planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operation.
  • •Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, MCP servers, Gemini) to boost speed, code quality, and prototyping.
  • •Review AI-generated code for security and architectural fit, and help drive safe AI workflows across the team.
  • •Create and execute test cases and scripts to validate software functionality, performance, reliability, and security.
  • •Troubleshoot and debug complex issues and automate/enhance development and release processes to improve efficiency and reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
  • •Demonstrated success adopting an AI development lifecycle (AIDLC) to scale engineering output while upholding quality and architectural guidelines.
  • •Familiarity with cloud service solutions using AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • •Familiarity with one programming language (e.g., Golang, Python, Java, Node.js, C#) and with microservice architectures and REST API development.
  • •Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis) and containerization (Docker/K8S) or production EKS cluster operations.
