Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of high-quality backend software for TrendLife, advancing a transition to an AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC). Integrate AI-enabled tools, agents, and workflows across planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operations. Collaborate with architects, PMs, developers, QA, and UI designers while reviewing AI-generated code for security, architecture fit, and quality. Troubleshoot complex issues and automate development/release processes for reliability and speed.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end delivery of backend software features across planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operation.
•Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, MCP servers, Gemini) to boost speed, code quality, and prototyping.
•Review AI-generated code for security and architectural fit, and help drive safe AI workflows across the team.
•Create and execute test cases and scripts to validate software functionality, performance, reliability, and security.
•Troubleshoot and debug complex issues and automate/enhance development and release processes to improve efficiency and reliability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
•Demonstrated success adopting an AI development lifecycle (AIDLC) to scale engineering output while upholding quality and architectural guidelines.
•Familiarity with cloud service solutions using AWS, Azure, and GCP.
•Familiarity with one programming language (e.g., Golang, Python, Java, Node.js, C#) and with microservice architectures and REST API development.
•Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis) and containerization (Docker/K8S) or production EKS cluster operations.
