Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain regular, consistent contact with HFPP partners.
  • •Ensure assigned partners are aware of and take advantage of HFPP membership benefits.
  • •Capture partner feedback and communicate it to the TTP and HFPP leadership.
  • •Engage partners in conversations about HFPP analytics.
  • •Assist with day-to-day onboarding for partners completing data sharing agreements and onboarding data into the TTP Data Warehouse.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in a healthcare field, business administration, criminal justice, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •5+ years of experience in customer service and/or customer liaison.
  • •5+ years of experience in healthcare investigations.
  • •Expert-level Microsoft Office suite knowledge.
  • •Working knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security rules with strong written and oral communication to management-level staff.
