Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily production activities to meet output, quality, and safety targets.
  • •Monitor process parameters and ensure compliance with SOPs.
  • •Coordinate with supervisors and shift operators to ensure smooth production flow and resource availability.
  • •Ensure adherence to Sika’s manufacturing standards and safety regulations.
  • •Produce daily and monthly production reports including outputs, variances, and KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
  • •2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing/chemical production environment (construction chemicals preferred).
  • •Strong understanding of mixing, batching, and chemical production processes.
  • •Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, process optimization, and root‑cause analysis tools.
  • •Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and familiarity with production reporting.
