•Manage and grow a team of 7–8 engineers across React, XO, and backend services on the AI Platform.
•Take end-to-end ownership of engineering delivery, execution quality, and technical outcomes for ASOR features.
•Define execution strategies, sprint cadence, and team operating models to optimize velocity and collaboration.
•Partner with Product Managers and Functional Architects to align vision, roadmap, and engineering resource allocation.
•Drive cross-team alignment and technical integration with internal platform teams and external partners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 178,400 - 267,600 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years experience directly managing and leading software development engineering teams delivering high-quality software.
•8+ years experience in software development engineering, including architecting, building, and scaling robust software systems.
•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
•Familiarity with LLMs, including strengths and limitations in personal/work use.
•Experience with modern web architectures, including React and microservices/cloud and AI/ML platforms.
