Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Education, or an initial degree plus a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/PGDE/state teaching license or equivalent) with a specialism in Drama/English.
  • •Advanced qualifications in Drama/English desirable.
  • •Minimum of three years’ experience teaching Secondary Drama/English, ideally within an IB or British curriculum context.
  • •Strong understanding of the IB philosophy and approaches to teaching and learning.
