•Handle and control a cash drawer in accordance with audit and security policies and procedures.
•Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and miscellaneous transactions.
•Assist with daily balancing and processing of ATM entries and verification of deposits in depository locations.
•Support dual control vault responsibilities and maintain control of cash.
•Resolve client issues, assist with select service needs, identify cross-selling opportunities, and promote bank products while maintaining compliance with regulations and internal controls.
