Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and maintain anesthesia procedures and practices.
  • •Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia and counteract adverse reactions or complications.
  • •Provide life support and airway management; administer anesthetic or sedation using appropriate methods.
  • •Coordinate anesthetic administration with surgeons during operations and decide patient recovery/stabilization readiness for transfer or discharge.
  • •Manage anesthesiological services, including scheduling of surgical suite resources, staff/privileging availability, policies/procedures, and quality control.

Key Requirements

  • •MBBS or MBChB (or equivalent) from an accredited and recognized university.
  • •Specialty qualification as per the recognized specialty certificate table.
  • •More than 7 years’ experience post qualification.
  • •Maintain an active medical license in the home country and an active DOH license consistent with the specialty practiced at Bareen International Hospital.
  • •Maintain an active privilege per the specialty, renewable every 2 years.
