Job Summary

Senior Value Engineer in India focused on supporting GCC regions in the Adopt and Expand phases of the customer value journey. You will blend process/industry expertise with consulting and analytical skills to uncover business value, build demos and business cases, run ROI analyses, and collaborate with Product/Engineering to drive value realization and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with GCC customers in India to identify core business challenges and determine how Celonis can help achieve objectives
•Provide support to other regions (APAC) to establish and cultivate foundational accounts
•Build relationships with customers through technical, product, and business acumen to act as a trusted advisor
•Share customer insights with Product and Engineering to influence product innovation and build reusable collateral
•Conduct ROI analyses and develop business cases to quantify benefits of Celonis solutions

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through data analysis, business process improvement, and software deployment in a customer-facing setting (Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT/Management Consulting) or equivalent internal role
•Good knowledge of Business Software / SaaS applications (e.g., SAP); experience with implementing RPA and/or BI tools and building dashboards, apps and action flows
•SQL experience and Python is preferred; experience collaborating with IT teams
•Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, acting as a change agent and training users/process owners to realize value
•Experience in planning and managing project scopes, timelines, and multiple projects across aligned accounts; willingness to leverage Celonis Ecosystem partners
