Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide advocacy, drafting and advisory work including complex pleadings, interlocutory hearings, fast track and multi-track trials, CCMCs, JSMs, sanctions and recoveries.
  • •Develop and maintain high-level technical ability across Keoghs core practice areas and be sought after for client advice and strategic analysis.
  • •Manage sub-team or assist in management of the main team and deliver advocacy/litigation training for fee earners.
  • •Direct supervision and mentoring of Band One and Two Advocates.
  • •Undertake client-facing, product development tasks and contribute to marketing of the in-house advocacy team.

Key Requirements
