Key Responsibilities

  • •Obtain work assignments, review technical documentation (schematics, logic ladders, drawings/specifications) and applicable regulatory codes for assigned jobs.
  • •Service, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot electronic equipment malfunctions by collaborating with operators, vendors, and engineers.
  • •Follow safety procedures including PPE, Lockout, Tag, Tryout (LOTTO), and confined space protocols; use mechanical lifts to access work areas.
  • •Disassemble/reassemble electronic components for inspection and repairs; repair/replace/reprogram components and install wiring and conduits using approved methods.
  • •Use electronic test equipment to test and calibrate components and systems, perform follow-up tests, and create documentation for continuity to the next shift.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of electronic/electrical experience (including related education) in machine tool maintenance, industrial electronic/electrical maintenance, or military electronic/electrical system maintenance.
  • •Must possess a valid State of Oregon Electrical License at the Manufacturing Plant level or higher, or be able to reciprocate into Oregon.
  • •Ability to review schematics, logic ladders, drawings, specifications, and applicable regulatory codes for assigned work.
  • •Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic components and systems, including disassembly/reassembly for inspection.
  • •Must maintain applicable licenses, certifications, and knowledge of electronic theory and software programming/mathematical concepts used for troubleshooting.
