Key Responsibilities

•Travel to and support data center cooling infrastructure across North America, including startup, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and emergency response.
•Diagnose and repair complex HVAC and chiller systems, including air-cooled and water-cooled equipment.
•Support field activities involving screw and centrifugal compressor technologies.
•Respond to critical service events, equipment failures, and customer emergency situations in a timely, professional manner.
•Maintain complete, accurate, and timely service records, field reports, and related documentation.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of HVAC experience in mission-critical, large-tonnage, or complex chiller environments.
•Strong knowledge of thermal cooling systems (air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, pumps, hydronic systems, cooling towers).
•Hands-on experience with startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of mission-critical cooling equipment.
•Experience supporting screw and centrifugal compressor technologies.
•Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 75% plus.
