Key Responsibilities

  • •Set roadmap and prioritization for Maven’s integration portfolio, including what systems to support and integration depth.
  • •Own the underlying integration platform, including tooling, frameworks, and patterns to ship integrations faster and enable customer extensions.
  • •Make product decisions on depth vs. breadth (e.g., connector vs. full read/write integration with custom objects).
  • •Lead enterprise customer engagement by translating customer stack conversations into requirements for integration engineering.
  • •Define, test, and make safe the actions and tool use that Maven’s agents perform inside customer systems, and drive partner ecosystem strategy with GTM and customer success.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5-7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time on integrations, APIs, developer platforms, or iPaaS products.
  • •Built and shipped integration products; understand connectors, integration platforms, and an actions framework.
  • •Hands-on experience with CRM, ticketing, knowledge base, commerce, and identity systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Freshdesk, Confluence, Notion, Guru, Shopify, Stripe, Okta, or Auth0.
  • •Fluent in REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, OAuth, rate limits, event streams, and integration failure modes.
  • •Translate messy customer conversations into PRDs; strong communication across technical and enterprise stakeholders (GTM included).
