Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on injection molding, extrusion, grinding, drying, conveyor, and auxiliary systems.
  • •Assist with basic troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical equipment.
  • •Replace simple components such as belts, filters, sensors, switches, bearings, and small motors.
  • •Conduct routine building inspections and document/report potential maintenance issues and hazards.
  • •Maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records in the CMMS while following safety procedures and supporting compliance standards.
