Job Summary

Join a 12-month trainee program focused on commercial project management within Business Operations at an IT services provider. Key Responsibilities

•Participate in a 12-month trainee program for project management in Business Operations at an IT services provider.
•Analyze complex processes and apply them to customer projects in a commercial project management context.
•Act as a point of contact for selected customers, handling contract-related questions.
•Work with providers, customers, and partners and coordinate with internal units (Legal, Delivery, Sales, Finance, Tax, Risk Management).
•Contribute to continuous development of contract arrangements and operational handling, including policies, processes, templates, and tools.

•Successfully completed a commercial degree (Uni/FH/BA), ideally with a focus on data and process analysis.
•High IT affinity and motivation to continuously develop.
•Very thorough working style with attention to detail.
•Strong Excel skills.
