Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and development of reusable, customizable AEM components, templates, and complex workflows.
  • •Own end-to-end AEM architecture work, including content modeling, Sling/OSGi development, and deployment management.
  • •Customize AEM functionality using APIs and extension points to meet business requirements.
  • •Implement and maintain AEM Schemas and Metadata ACLs to ensure content integrity and secure access.
  • •Integrate AEM with external systems (e.g., CRM and marketing tools) using REST and GraphQL APIs, and optimize performance via Dispatcher configuration and caching strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including AEM 6.5 architecture, Sling, OSGi, and JCR.
  • •Strong Java development skills plus HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, and AEM Core Components.
  • •Advanced front-end skills (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) with responsive design experience and modern frameworks like React or Angular.
  • •Experience with AEM customization (APIs, extension points, templates, workflows, integrations) and AEM schemas/metadata ACLs.
