Job Summary

Own executive compensation and serve as a dedicated compensation business partner for a portfolio of senior leaders across G&A and Product. Lead AI strategy and transformation for the Compensation function by designing AI-enabled workflows and agents to speed up benchmarking, scenario modeling, and stakeholder communications. Translate complex pay tradeoffs into clear, decision-ready narratives and help shape executive compensation programs, including LTI structures aligned to company strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Own executive compensation for senior leaders, including exec offers, long-term incentive design, and Comp Committee materials in partnership with Legal, Finance, and external advisors.
•Act as the dedicated compensation business partner to senior executives across G&A and Product groups, delivering fast recommendations on comp-related topics.
•Lead AI strategy and transformation for the Compensation function by identifying, designing, and deploying AI-enabled workflows and agents.
•Translate complex pay scenarios and program tradeoffs into clear narratives and executive-ready materials in an async-first environment.
•Shape executive compensation program design, including proxy considerations, scenario modeling, and LTI structures aligned to company strategy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 212,330 - 249,800 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of compensation experience with deep executive compensation expertise, including Comp Committee prep and LTI design.
•Trusted advisor to senior leaders; able to influence without authority and deliver clear, difficult messages.
•Analytical and modeling fluency in Sheets/Excel.
•Ability to write concise, decision-ready executive documents with problem framing and scenario tradeoffs.
•Experience operating on small, high-output teams owning end-to-end workstreams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
