Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Customer Support Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Integrated Customer Support, Lightning Operations Center, Depot Operations, Engineering and ALIS) to resolve customer issues and support country teams.
  • •Meet with JPO and in-country counterparts to manage customer expectations, priorities, and delivery metrics.
  • •Provide mentorship and career development to lead a team of Country Logistics Program Managers, Field Support Engineers, and Technicians.
  • •Visit assigned region sites to support onsite employees and gather program-level propulsion feedback.
  • •Oversee training/administrative and management actions, track customer feedback and grievances, ensure contract adherence, and guide fleet management planning and customer deployment coordination.

Key Requirements
